As per PCMC’s Notice dated 31-Dec-2020, received earlier today, the Municipality has listed the property tax payable by each member as per Annexure attached to the Notice.
The Notice has been filed under PCMC Communications sub-menu under the main Society menu.
In April onwards are we required to pay our own Tax or will society be paying the tax on resident’s behalf and recover it in quaterly maintenance?
All members would need to login to PCMC’s official website (QR Code will be printed on bill) individual account to pay their respective property tax.

Also is the area of flats just 577 sq ft? Is this correct?
A copy of the Notice has been delivered to Flat 104.
PCMC’s survey team had visited individual flats last year and took measurements. However, if any member disagrees with the measurement data collected or change any personal data, then they may approach the Corporation with their individual change request by 20-Jan-2021.
