At Society’s AGM-2025, Mrs. Jaya Rajagopalan, Associate Member [Flat 001] and Mr. Rajagopalan pointed out that Society should have directly appointed a Project Management Consultant at the beginning stage itself instead of directly talking to builders, as per Government Rules & Regulations regarding Redevelopment. They were seconded by Mr. C. P. Shyamalan [Flat 301] and Capt. Anand Sharan [Flat 302]. After detailed discussions amongst members, the following Resolution was passed unanimously by all Members present:
RESOLUTION No. 1:
RESOLVED THAT the Society Management is hereby authorized to appoint a Project Management Consultant [PMC] to take the Redevelopment initiative forward. The PMC is expected to submit a feasibility report at the earliest and their Report is to be presented at the next General Body Meeting.
