At Society’s AGM-2025, it was unanimously decided by members present that Society should appoint a Project Mgt. Consultant [PMC] as per the New Redevelopment Rules under Sect.79 (A) of MCS ACT. Flat 301 owner, Mr. C.P. Shyamalan proposed a meeting with an Architect Ashwini Khanolkar who represents S.P. More Realty Solutions, a Project Mgt. Consultants company. Accordingly, Society Mgt along with five other flat owners visited their office at Sector 4, New Panvel for an initial presentation.
